share bar and other options not showing

    even though all of the options are checked off on the settings for share options and all of the other options, these are not showing when the lightbox displays. no errors or messages in the console. i will add that i am logged in while attempting to view the images in the lightbox, but no bar is displaying along the top like the demo and screenshots.
