    I don’t believe all plugins should be free, quite the opposite in fact. Devs should get paid for their time.

    RafflePress takes this to the extreme though. No trial period, the paid version (for $32) is simply a placeholder plugin which lacks key features and merely serves as a sales magnet to encourage you to upgrade further.

    Whatsmore, it appears Facebook blocks shares coming from this plugin and the tweet functionality is too complicated for the average user.

    I’ve asked for a refund. I’ll be using another comprehensive alternative plugin instead. One that isn’t designed to simply milk me for cash.
