• Great for people that don’t really know how to design or build sites. A great tool for beginners but that’s about it. This plugin is a bloated mess to say the least but the business practices is what did me in on this one. Cancelled renewals suddenly renews, trying to cancel the renewal is not as straight forward as it should be. They hide it through support instead of using your portal to manage your subscription. No mention of this anywhere. This is just shady practices to trap people into their system. You cannot delete your credit card on file, which is why I got another renewal AFTER I cancelled it. Feels a lot like a gym membership, except at least with the gym membership, you get something.

    I’d like to clarify a few things: subscription settings, including auto-renewal, are managed directly through your Elementor account dashboard—not through support. You can view your renewal dates and toggle auto-renewal off in your account settings. We also send renewal reminder emails before charges occur, so I’d suggest checking your spam folder in case those didn’t come through.

    Regarding payment methods, you can update or remove your card details through your account portal as well.

    If you cancelled auto-renewal and were still charged, that’s definitely something our team would want to look into. I’d encourage you to reach out to support at feedback@support.elementor.com with your account details so they can review what happened and make sure your account reflects your preferences correctly.
