• I was happy to pay for premium when I used the plugin for a small project. Then it was uninstalled/no longer used. Even though it wasn’t being used they’ll continue to charge you every 6 months $29.98 automatically – not even annually. I kindly asked for a refund the day an unknown charge hit my account and they refused saying it was a no refund no exception policy – buyer beware. This type of sneaky service doesn’t belong in the WordPress world. Happy to pay for products I am using. This sneaky “Agreement” fine print (no refunds no exceptions doesn’t matter why) belongs elsewhere outside of the WordPress community. So many other options.

    Sorta. Developers cannot support customers in these forums but if a plugin or theme upsells then a user may leave feedback about that experience in a review.

    So if this user left a support topic here for pro support then they would be asked to contact you on your site or whatever method you support for pro or paid customers. But a review about that upsell experience is fine.

    Your plugin page does upsell so this is valid feedback.
