Shadows behind images + changes to footer

I hope you can help me out.

1. I want to delete the shadows behind the images. How can I do that?
2. The footer needs rework as well: How can I change the color of the entire footer? And is it possible to add a logo in the 4th column (another than my normal logo since this brand is part of a larger brand).

And an additional question. Is it possible to have the images in the sections (dental, industrieel etc.) including a hover (grey image = normal; color at hover)
