Shadowbox working on some pages, not on others

Hi there,

Great plugin but after last update, things started to go a little wonky. I’m not a wordpress expert but have checked with the theme developer and he confirmed this was a plugin issue.
On this page, shadowbox is working great:

On this page, the photos open up but there are no arrows or numbers showing to scroll through the images so each one has to be opened individually.

On the home page, when clicking on an image from the carousel at the bottom, the images open up in a whole new page.

Is there any way of resolving this? It seems that every new gallery I insert, the plugin now does not process properly.
