Shadow Effect Comes and Goes with SmartOne Theme

    I am using the theme SmartOne, and it’s supposed to have a silvery shadow effect. I am finding that this effect comes and goes and I am wondering why. Can anyone help??? Thanks a bunch. You can find me at
