# SG optimizer loading issue

 * The website is hosted on siteground, and when I install and activate plugin it
   doesn’t load and I see the following :
 * wp-json/siteground-optimizer/v1/fetch-options page not found error
 * and also see the following errors:
    Syntax error, unrecognized expression: #/
   environment-tab at Function.ea.error (jquery.js:2) at ea.tokenize (jquery.js:
   2) at ea.select (jquery.js:2) at Function.ea (jquery.js:2) at Function.a.find(
   jquery-migrate.min.js:2) at n.fn.init.find (jquery.js:2) at n.fn.init.a.fn.find(
   jquery-migrate.min.js:2) at a.fn.init.n.fn.init (jquery.js:2) at new a.fn.init(
   jquery-migrate.min.js:2) at n (jquery.js:2)
 * SyntaxError: Unexpected end of JSON input SyntaxError: Unexpected end of JSON
   input
    at optimizer.bundle.js:20
