SFW Interval Appearing Twice and Paypal

    Hi,

    After reading through some of the topics here, I realise my Paypal button not appearing is because WPS Subscriptions only works with the older Paypal plugin at the moment. My concern is that when Woocommerce or Paypal phases out Paypal Standard checkout, the plugin is still not integrated properly with the latest Paypal plugin. May I know if you’re working on that and how long do you expect to have that done?

    Also, on my woocommerce pages, <span class=”wps_sfw_interval”> / Day </span> is appearing twice. So I end up with something that says $2/month/month for example. Did I do something wrong?

    Hi,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Yes currently our plugin is not compatible with the WooCommerce PayPal Payments, but we are working on a default PayPal Payment solution and it will be released within two weeks from now.

    Also the string is not correct it will appear as $10.00 / Month For 3 Months, please check your product setting again and set it properly, if further any concern then kindly let us know.

    Hi thank you so much for the prompt response! My subscription is meant to recur indefinitely, so how should I set it?

    Hi,

    In indefinite case you don’t need to fill the expiration period of the subscription on the product edit page.

    Yup that’s what I did, but then it will be displayed as the example I mentioned above, as in it will show $2/month/month

    Hi,

    There must be some conflict with any third-party plugin or with the theme itself, you can check once by deactivating third-party plugins one by one, and also check once by using the default WooCommerce theme.

    If further any concerns then kindly connect with the support team for better assistance.
