sftp upload

Hello
I’m having problems uploading files to the server.
1) Is there anyway we can bypass the server upload limt (64MB)?
2) Any chance we can use sftp instead of ftp protocol? It’s the only method accepted by our hosting and many others in 2022.
3) Could you send us an invoice for receipt 9095? We sent an email.
