I am trying to send the database dump to another server, to a specific directory, using SFTP. * Currently, the plugin tells me that it CAN connect to the remote server, but it does not write to that server. Are permissions set to 750 insufficient ? It saves the database backups locally, on the web server hosting WordPress, but not on other server with SFTP. * Perhaps I have misunderstood something ? We’re not sure why it’s not functioning for you, but it could be related to your server configuration. We’ll need to investigate this further. * As for the S3 icon appearing even when it’s not being used, you’re absolutely right, This is a valid bug.
