SFTP connection – can't upload plugin

Hi, I changed my hosting a while ago and it’s using freeDBS, nginx, and SFTP connection. I’ve managed to install libssh2, PECL, and edited php.ini until the SSH2 option radio button appears every time wordpress asked me for connection information.
    Screenshot here.

But the problem is, when I tried to upload or update a plugin, it failed to connect.
    Screenshot here.

    Anyone can help?

So… I’ve tried to generate new authentication key and everything, but it still doesn’t want to connect.

Maybe anyone have an idea about where to check to find the error?
