I can’t send a screenshot of the issues I see, but here’s what I’ve got:

Field is set to ID for Custom Field in SF
Operations are set to “Enabled” and “Required”
Type is set to Multi-Select Dropdown
Label/Value is “State License”
Options has a the two letter acronym for each state in the US, separated by a line break

Depends on how that field is configured in SF. Different field types accept different values.

Picklists/Lookups often don’t work with text values — you may need to specify the internal ID of each of your states? Without knowing the field type at SF it’s hard to say.

I have a similar situation. I have a field with a selection dropdown. But for mine the question is where did you hear about us and there are various answers (web, email…). However, when the form is submitted, the “LeadSource” which is mapped to Salesforce does not show up. It’s blank.

What could be the issue? The Salesforce field mapping is wrong or like you mentioned selection dropdowns don’t work with text values?

Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance.
