I set up a simple gravity form to test the API, did my mappings, and got a lead sent to SF the first time. Tried again repeatedly, and no more leads are being written, nor are there any admin/error messages being sent to me.
Not sure what to make of this since I got one lead in. Are there any requirements for unique values that may be causing rejection on the SF side?
