    I’m really dumbfounded as to why every single post for support is required to send you guys an email? You’re actually making more work for yourselves rather than to display the actual fix or guidance to others.

    I don’t get that. At all.

    You also don’t show how someone could add the widget themselves, ONLY how you can remove it. But that doesn’t help devs that have custom themes.

    Very odd way of handling this brand’s plugin. I’d also create a short code allowance as well.

    You know, something like

    <?php echo do_shortcode("[sezzlepay]"); ?>

    You’d do more for yourself by adding solutions to the forum than asking for emails.

    As the widget can only be configured by our team, we queue the request via email and process accordingly.

    Also, you should have proper guidance and steps that need to be followed for adding the widget in the onboarding checklist and this can be accessed via your merchant dashboard.
