    Hi there,
    We are actually experiencing a larger influx of tickets than usual and that is why the replies were rolling out a bit slower than it would be ideal. Since we are working on all of the tickets chronologically as soon as we get to your ticket we will get back to you. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Totally agree, support has gone massively down hill!

    You offering a software that most people use as a foundation to manage their websites so if something goes wrong it can cause massive issues, to wait 3+ days for replies is really poor and you will start to loose customers over that poor support level.

    Not only that when you get a reply it seems that they have not read over the ticket properly and just want to quickly reply so that some kind of reply is sent not actually a helpful one.
