Several unauthorised payments taken – customer service non-existent

The widget is great and I’d love to have kept using it. However, within 1 month TagEmbed billed my account 4 times. I notified them after the first unauthorised payment, and they responded saying they would invesitgate. I got no further response, before two more payments were taken on the same day. I contacted again, for them to again indicate they would investigate. Yet again, no further reponse was recieved. Finally I cancelled the account; but following cancellation another payment was taken. The only way I’ve been able to stop the payments is to cancel my bank card, at great inconvenience to our business.
