Hi. I read the documentation BUT, maybe because my english isn’t the best, I haven’t understood how put several round makers on the same map (region). I am wrong or I cannot does it?

You can have as many markers as you want in the regions, but if you use the exact same coordinates they will overlap and only the top one will be visible and interactive.
