Hi, I successfully installed UpdraftPlus on one of my sites, everything worked really well, a couple of problems on my seconds site. I have purchased the Dropbox subfolder add ons for both sites.

These are the errors for the second site:

    1) In “Last backup job run” I am getting this message: “You do not appear to be authenticated with Dropbox”. I have authenticated Dropbox, UpdraftPlus appears to be writing to it and even confirms the authentication at the top of the page with the following message: “Success: you have authenticated your Dropbox account.
    Your Dropbox account name: *******
Your Dropbox quota usage: 8.1 % used, 106259.3 Mb available”

    2) “Last log message:” is not updating on its own, it stalls on a particular number and stays that way. My installation on the first site demonstrated that this should be like this. To see progress I am having to refresh the page.

    3) I am getting multiple backups of “plugins” and “themes” (perhaps related to refreshing the page?) , not “other” or “uploads”.

    All plugins have been deactivated

any help would be appreciated, I just want to feel confident that this is working as it should. Best wishes.

    Here is the log: https://www.dropbox.com/s/tzfrefvwgrp5373/options-general.php

Using “Wipe Settings” then clicking “Authenticate with Dropbox:
After you have saved your settings (by clicking ‘Save Changes’ below), then come back here once and click this link to complete authentication with Dropbox.” before I saved my settings has got rid of error number 1) in my list.

    Hi brokenbeep,

At the end of that log file, things appear to be still progressing, with real progress still being made. Doesn’t look like anything’s completely failed yet. It only shows one backup of uploads and themes, so I suspect that you had pressed the “Backup Now” button several times? Each will start a fresh backup run.
