Several plugins cause activity stream in dashboard to disappear

I am using WP 4.3.1, BP 2.3.3 and Sweet date theme . If I activate any of the following plugins (bbPress, rtMedia, Contact form 7) my activity stream on the WP dashboard becomes empty. If I deactivate them my activity stream appears again. Just to clarify: any of these plugins individually makes the activity stream to disappear from the dashboard
Any suggestions what and where to look for to solve this ? Thank you in advance.
