Several contact emails

    Hi again guys,
    Just wondering if it´s possible to add several contact emails so different people from same company can receive their status report.

    Unfortunately, at the moment, you cannot do so in the plugin. The plugin was designed to work one email per order only.

    i put the email how do i get it to send to the customer

    Hello @matrixshopping,

    What is your setting currently for “Set Order Email Frequency” in the “Basic” tab in the “Options” area? If it’s set to “On Creation”, the customer should get an email when their order is created, or if it’s set to “On Change”, they should receive an email whenever the status of their order changes.
