 * Ok so im trying to upgrade and i get to the point where i have to input my Server
   database info (SQL)
 * I input it all CORRECT(i think) and i get this annoying message.
 * > Error establishing a database connection
   > This either means that the username
   > and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can’t
   > contact the database server at localhost. This could mean your host’s database
   > server is down.
   > Are you sure you have the correct username and password?

   > is running? If you’re unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact
   > your host. If you still need help you can always visit the WordPress Support
   > Forums.
 * Any idea what im doing wrong, im running it off of VistaPanel which is a Cpanel.

 * Open phpMyAdmin in cPanel to verify that the database server is running and to
   check the database name and user name (compare with the settings in `wp-config.
   php`).
