Setup wizard appeared on dashboard after ~5.7.x update. How to disable?

    Hello,

    After an update of WooCommerce 5.7.x, the Setup wizard appeared on the dashboard, while the site has been running with a configured WooCommerce for a while now. If I click the “Start selling” button to start the wizard, I get a “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” error.
    Updating to WooCommerce 5.8.0 didn’t solve this.

    In the top-right WooCommerce Help screen, I can’t find a “Setup Wizard” tab to disable the wizard.

    How can I disable the wizard?
    If the access error a symptom of something else I should also address?
