I’ve just installed the plugin, and the instructions say to create a new page named ‘Calendar’ in order to insert {EVR_CALENDAR} into the HTML. But we have an existing calendar, on a page named, uh, ‘Calendar’. So what kind of conflict will be created by pressing on? Is there a way to make this plug-in co-exist with the current calendar, with all its events? We just want to have the occasional event with registrations, not all events.

You do not have to create a page named Calendar, you could use something like Event Calendar, or any other name you want, the point is if you want a Calendar page for the events, you will need to put that shortcode on a page.
