 * Is it possible to setup WP Offload SES Lite using WP CLI instead of the GUI, 
   and are there any examples or documentation of doing so?

 * WP Offload SES Support Team here, Thanks for bringing this to our attention!
 * It’s currently not possible to setup WP Offload SES using WP CLI. But rest-assured,
   we have raised this internally for review and further consideration.
 * Though i don’t have any immediate updates for you on this, any new releases for
   new features will be released accordingly and the change log can be reviewed
