Hi Pradeep, I spent a lot of time on the front-end form but could not get it working. I faced multiple problems:

    1) The frontend form does not load if I’m logged in – I just see a circular loading icon. Though I can view the form in the “incognito mode” or when I’m logged out.

    2) I do not see the custom fields in the front end form – I tried various ways.

    3) The default category is set to “general” but does not appear so in the frontend form. The custom fields can only be seen if the category is made to show in the front-end form and then selected to “General”. (I want the selection by default and do not want the user to choose any category).

    4) I do not see the custom fields that I’ve marked as “required” in the front end form but when I try to submit the form, I get the message to enter the required fields (which are not visible in the form).

    5) Finally, there is no custom field for URL.

Something somewhere is going wrong. It should not be so tough to configure the setup. I’d appreciate any help. Thanks.

P.S. I’m using the latest version.

    Hi there,

    5) Finally, there is no custom field for URL.

This custom field type is not available. You can use text field instead.

Regarding your other issues, it not a normal behavior of the plugin. It works well after install. There may be some conflict with other plugin or your theme which we need to check on your site.
We do not offer free on site support, I suggest you to buy at least one add-on from https://www.wpsupportplus.com/ and then you can create support ticket on same site.

    Thanks for reply.

It could be some plugin conflict issue. However, I’ve found an alternative that is working well with my present setup.

    Thanks and all the best.

    HI Vinzen,
May I ask what alternative support system you found to install?
    Thanks,
