Setup issues using Postie Plugin

    Postie v 1.4.40
    Using WP through 1and1.co.uk – recently transferred.
    Set up
    Protocol – pop3
    Port 110
    Mail Server pop.1and1.co.uk

    confused about which mailuserid and password to use as none of the ones I have tried seem to work.

    Clearly I must be doing something wrong
