# Setup error

 * Hi
 * I have installed your plugin.
    After first installation it was OK. I then edited
   the config to change logo and background but raised an error.
 * Now it is showing as installed under Plugins but I cannot access the Plugin.
 * There is no option to deactivate under Plugins so I cannot remove and re-install.
 * Your assistance is appreciated.

 * If you have the FTP or control panel access, you can delete the “erident-custom-
   login-and-dashboard” folder from plugin folder.
