 * I am trying to create a simple form – no formulas – and I can’t seem to get the
email button to work. When the user fills out the form on my website, I’d like
the information to be emailed to me. When I test the form, the button does not
do anything. Thank you for your help!!

 * Hi.
 * Problems with email can have several reasons.
 * First of all: You say it doesn’t do anything, at least do you see the “Sending…”,“
Message sent” status messages next to the button? If that’s not the case we’ll
probably have look into some kind of Javascript problem on your page.
 * Then, please make sure email is probably configured on your server and WordPress
installation. Does the built-in email system work at all? (For example for the“
forgot your password” feature at login).
 * If you can confirm all of the above, please check that your form settings for“
from”, “to” and subject are set correctly. Some servers reject “from” addresses
if they don’t specify a name in the format of “`My name <mymail@example.com>`“.

 * Thank you for your reply! I’ve checked configuration on the email tab in your
plugin and it seems to be configured properly. When I test the form by clicking
the submit button on a live page, it does nothing. I do not see “Sending…” etc.
I also tested my “forgot my password” in WordPress site’s system and received
   an email from that.
 * How would/could I determine if there is a Javascript error on the page? I have
the most up-to-date version of WordPress.
 * Your help is very much appreciated!
