 * Hello,
 *  I often install Contact Form 7 on most of the websites that I create and typically
   need the exact same fields each time. I include the files directly into the templates’
   root, but is there a way to hardcode my own default form so I don’t have to keep
   recreating it in the wp-admin?

 * From the WP dashboard, click **Contact** and the CF7 page will open. Mouseover
   the form you want to copy and select **Copy.** Then, simply follow the directions
   the the following page.
 * Make sure you change the name and ID of the new form.
