    Hi,

i guess i found a setting combination which is not logical for me:

With EWWW installed and SWIS not active, the image optimizer will create entries in the htaccess file for webp images.
When I now activate SWIS and activate “WEBP Variant” the entries in the htaccess remain and the image optimizer shows “WEBP serverd by Swis”.
    Which makes sense.

    Now comes the confusing part:
SWIS deactivated and image optimizer active.
Uncheck the creation of WEBP and let the plugin remove the htaccess entries.
Activate SWIS with the WEBP Variant active.
Back in image optimizer activate the creation of WEBP images.
Image optimizer directly shows “WEBP images served by Swis” but this time no entries in the htaccess are created.

Now i am wondering if i need the htaccess entries made by image optimizer when the WEBP option in SWIS is active?

    Cheers
    Ralf
