# Settings will not save

 * Recently I purchased a new theme and have been having problems ever since, I 
   cannot get my settings to save at all( just look at the navigation bar). I contacted
   the theme author and gave him FTP rights, he eventually came back and told me
   I should try changing web hosts because my host doesn’t allow .htaccess files.
 * Will changing hosts fix my problem

 * Do you have the same problem in a default (twentyfifteen) WP theme with all plugins
   off?

 * There’s evidently something in your theme or site that doesn’t like Yahoo hosting–
   but unless you want to spend time trying to sort that, it might be easier to 
   rethink the hosting.
 * I see you’re hosted on Yahoo – I’ve seen many people with problems there, so 
   you may well want to consider finding better hosting –
