Settings tab gone after saving

After I authenticate my instagram account, I can configure the setting of the plugin for the user. After I hit save, the tab for the authenticated user disappears.
I’ve tried different browsers same results, I’ve used the debug plugin to clear the settings and tried again – same thing.

anything else I could try or logs I could collect to help troubleshoot?
