Sorry about your issue. I’d appreciate you to let me know your situation in detail.
1. Can I have some information about your WordPress version and the server?

Using IP Geo Block version 3.0.3.2, when clicking on the Settings link for the plugin we see only a blank white screen.
Did you mean the previous version 3.0.3 and before worked well? Or you just started to use 3.0.3.2?
3.
Tried dropping the ip_geo_block_cache and ip_geo_block_stat tables to see if that would reset/restart IP Geo Block to a default setting
It only makes matters worse because it would cause another error like this:
Deactivating and activating again will recover those tables. Please try.
4. I think IGB got some errors when you click on Settings link. Could you find the error message related to this issue in your server’s error log?
5. In case you can not see your server’s error log for some reasons, could you try to define WP_DEBUG
to true
in your wp-config.php and revisit this issue? Debugging in WordPress and WP DEBUG can help you to do this.

I used the function in core 4.7 and later by mistake. Now I think this issue might be fixed in 3.0.3.3. Please try it.
