Hi bojanski,
I can’t reproduce this issue. I’ve tried setting the Swapper, then leaving the page, coming back, editing the content, saving – everything works properly.
Perhaps there is something specific going on with your theme where it is preventing custom fields from being properly saved? You might check out the “Custom Fields” on the page and see if the values for ‘mswp-swap-loc’ and ‘mswp-target-loc’ are being changed improperly.
The only other thing I can think of is if you’ve removed any theme locations you’ve added in the meantime, they’d no longer be selectable when you re-save.
Best,
Chris
Hi,
I am having the same exact issue.
My theme is Avada – I was actually recommended to use this plugin by their support team, so I am guessing that they don’t have any issues with it.
Any other thoughts?
Thank you!
Hugh
Hi Hugh,
Apart from what I’ve suggested above, the only other thing I can think of is that you have another plugin interfering, so you might try disabling plugins and testing that out.
Best,
Chris
I have the same issue here – using the Divi theme. Every time you make any change to a page, the menu settings disappear. It’s hard to get the the whole team to remember they have to reset the menu any time making any edit to the page.
Some more specifics. The behavior is that if you have previously selected Any/All, it defaults back to None. It only seems to affect the Any/All selection. If you have another menu selected in the “Replace this theme with” drop down it seems to be fine.
