    My EU Privacy Consent Service Provider is

    An cookie is something like

    cookie name
    _iub_cs-[uniqueid]

    cookie value(URL Encoded)
    {“consent”:true,”timestamp”:”2019-02-14T10:05:50.210Z”,”version”:”x.y.z”,”id”:[uniqueid]}

    Thanks,

    Alessandro

    Hi Alessandro,

    thanks for reaching out.

    The cookie name must be specific for our Privacy module to work and can’t include a random name.

    Unfortunately, this means that both systems are not compatible.

    Are you using their plugin as well and could use that instead of Advanced Ads? I am not up to date with them, hence my question.

    Thanks,
    Thomas

    Hi Thomas,

    I’m using their WordPress plug-in to be compliant with EU Privacy Policy.

    iubenda Cookie Solution for GDPR

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/iubenda-cookie-law-solution/

    This plug-in manages the consent cookie and the script enabling feature.

    Regards,

    Alessandro

    Hi Alessandro,

    thanks for your feedback.

    The only solution I am seeing right now would be to place their codes before and after your ads. Taking the example from their plugin description I would suggest something like this:

    <!--IUB-COOKIE-BLOCK-START-->
           AD CODES
    <!--IUB-COOKIE-BLOCK-END-->

    This would only work with the plain text ad type in Advanced Ads though.

    I am sorry that there is no better solution right now. I tried to work with them on one in the past but they needed months to reply.

    All the best to you and your project!

    Best regards,
    Thomas
