Subscribers can see this plugin’s settings page when they’re in the dashboard. Any way to make that not the case?

Normally, users in the subscriber role only have the Dashboard and Profile links in the lefthand menu. With this plugin active they can see the Plugins link with A.R. Video Embedder underneath it.

They are unable to save any changes they make, but they shouldn’t be able to see that backend type stuff.

How can I make that go away?

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

  • Just noticed the same and came looking for a solution. Don’t really want it visible to subscribers.

Holy shit that slipped in there while I migrated to WP Plugin Boilerplate. Sorry, will change this that only users who can ‘manage_options’ will see it.

    Well done, Nico.

    Fix confirmed.

Thanks for jumping on it and for the quality plugin overall!
