Settings page missing from my Dashboard

    I cannot find the “Settings” page for my All-In-One Event Calendar plugin anywhere on my Dashboard. Nor can I see an “Events” entry on the Dashboard menu. I’m logged in as Administrator so I’m assuming it’s not an access rights issue. Other than than the Calendar is working and displaying correctly.

    Has anyone come across this before?
