I installed the latest release of your plugin, as explained in the "installation" page, but when I went to Settings-->CP Reservation Calendar I found a basically empty page. With "empty page" I mean that there's nothing to configure on that page. Also a new tab CP Reservation Calendar appeared under the Settings tab in the dashboard menu, if I hover on it no submenu tabs appear and if I click that tab I get the same empty setting page. The same thing happens if I click on the Settings under the plugin name in the plugins page.
Since my WordPress is installed in a "localhost" environment, I wonder if this is might be cause of the problem.
