# Settings Page Empty

 * Hi, this problem has been reported before but never solved due to inactivity 
   of the original poster.
 * I have just installed the free version of the plugin and I notice the same empty
   Settings page [http://prntscr.com/me53jo](http://prntscr.com/me53jo)
    I have 
   disabled all plugins and switched back to TwentyNineteen, there are also no JS
   errors in the Console.

   reference this thread and send the site details too. One of our agents will work
   with you to get to the bottom of the issue. It’s very difficult to say just from
   a screenshot but it does look like a fatal PHP error. So either a conflict with
   something or maybe a very old PHP version on the server.

   PHP 7.3.1
