In any case – we can easily improve it, just contact us in our internal support using this form https://supsystic.com/contact-us/ , if possible – send there your last log records from your server errors log file (if you can’t find it – no problems, we will check issue without it) – and we will investigate this issue and fix it for you.

I check and test Membership by Supsystic on your hosting (home.pl)
Install WordPress, all plugins from your screenshots and Membership by Supsystic.
All tabs, include Settings looks ok and everything works fine.
Provide your theme name and version, operating system and browser, so I’ll check it. Maybe there’re some conflicts.
