I’ve recently installed MailPoet 3 (started with version rc1.0.2, today I’ve updated to rc1.0.3). With both versions, the Settings-page doesn’t show any contents, except for the tabs on top.

  • Hi,

It’s possible that another plugin is interfering with Settings. Are there any errors in the browser console window (here’s how to access it: https://www.wickedlysmart.com/hfjsconsole/)?

    Regards,
    MailPoet Team.

    Hello,

yes. It’s obviously WP-Piwik. Get the following errormessage:

    [Error] TypeError: $jSpark('.wp-piwik_dynbar').sparkline is not a function. (In '$jSpark('.wp-piwik_dynbar').sparkline(piwikSparkVals, {type: 'bar', barColor: '#ccc', barWidth:2})', '$jSpark('.wp-piwik_dynbar').sparkline' is undefined)

    Markus,

    You have 2 options.

    1) Disable Piwik 🙂

    2) Whitelist Piwik from having its JS/CSS assets unloaded by MailPoet

    Cheers,

Thanks for the quick help. For the time being I’ve deactivated the WP-Piwik stats bar from the admin bar which caused the trouble.

    Cheers and good night,
    Markus
