# Settings Not Updating

 * Hi – I installed the plugin and updated the settings for the tab name, URL and
   Color. However it doesn’t update. Do you know why that is and how i can get it
   to update? I currently have it disabled since it’s not working. Thank you in 
   advance.

 * Are you using any kind of page caching? That would delay the tab from displaying.
   If you share a link to the site, I can take a closer look.

 * the tab shows up but it’s the default text and color. the settings doesn’t save.
   I’ve deactivated it for now since it’s not working. I cleared all history/cache
   and even tried in IE, Chrome and FF.

 * That sure seems strange. Are you able to change and save settings in other plugins?
   Can you provide a link to the site so I can take a look?
