# Settings not saving

 * I just downloaded this plugin but I’m running into issues with the set up. I 
   have a wordpress website with a pro photo template and after downloading and 
   activating the plugin, I attempted to adjust the settings. The save button at
   the bottom right-hand side of the screen doesn’t seem to do anything when clicked.
   I also flushed the website cache just to be sure. None of the changes are saving
   and I’m at a loss on what to try next to get this up and running.

 * The last time we heard of such an issue, the user had a plugin that had not be
   updated for years causing the problem. Perhaps you can try deactivating plugins
   one-by-one to see what’s going on.

 * I tried deactivating all the other plugins, flushing cache and then trying to
   change and save settings but it still doesn’t save..

 * It would be tough to diagnose in this setting, but one thing we also suggest 
   trying is to check this option in the plugin’s Compatibility tab and then reset
   your caches:
 * ** Save Settings with AJAX: new Turn this option off if you are having trouble
   saving your settings.**

 * I continued to have issues with the saving of the plugin. Decided to go in a 
   different direction. Thanks for your help.
