settings not saving

    Hello there, I have a question regarding settings. I tried translating some parts (like “contact information” etc) and changing some other settings, but when I click “save changes”, the page reloads, but the changes I made are gone. Could you help me with this? Thank you!

    Hi,
    In our testing, we didn’t find the issue you are facing. Can you please take a screenshot going Tools >> Site Health page and share with us?

    You are welcome.

    Upgrading PHP version should fix the issue. If you do not know how to upgrade, then you can contact your hosting provider and very hopefully, they will do it very fast and for free.
