    Hi,

Im using the free version of the plugin and the only settings that are saving is the shipping/carriage cost account code.

All other settings are clearing upon saving(appart from the radio options)….it says saved.

This is on a multisite setup….i’ve used the woocommerce xero plugin in the past which works exactly the same…can you confirm if this is a bug or not supported with the latest wc update?

    Thanks

    Hi Hobsoninteriors & Pete

I am experiencing this problem too. I first assumed it was due to an incorrect certificate / API keys and recreated them but am still experiencing the same problem.

Just to note that the ‘Send Invoice To Xero’ button appears in Woocommerce but not invoice is sent. Am not sure if this is related?

    Thanks

No it is ok – I just didn’t want to discuss your site details in public but I think Steve is on it now.

    Hi Pete

No problem. The new site is still under development and not publicly available yet hence why I am testing out Xeroom free before we go live and start taking payments.

As I don’t have FTP access to our website I cannot install the plugin manually myself. I can pass this to our web designer to install when he is back on Tuesday or if the new version is available on WP I can uninstall and reinstall the plugin direct?

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

    Hi,
Im having this exact same problem with the latest free version of Xeroom.

The only details saved are: Shipping/Carriage Costs, and radio options, all others are cleared on save.

Why does this happen and how can i fix this?

    Hi Mike

Xeroom doesn’t work on the multisite version of WordPress nor if you are using Zapier or other apps that connect to Xero using the Xero API keys which was the issue with the other guys on this incident. If that is not the cause then please create a new support ticket on our site as we have stopped using this forum now. http://www.xeroom.com\support\.

    Thanks
