    Hi,
    I have Just installed Postie,
And i’m trying to set the email server settings but i enter all the details and when i hit save it clears the form but it doesn’t save the settings.
Then if i go to my site dashboard i get this message at the top of the page : Postie is almost ready. You must enter your email settings for it to work.
I have tried using both sockets and cUrl as the connection type.

I am using WordPress 4.6 Multisite but im only installing Postie on the ‘Main Site’.
    Does anyone have any ideas?

    Thank You,
    Stephan

Any chance you can upgrade to a current version of WordPress (4.8)? That seems to have fixed the issue for other people.

I’ll give it a go tonight,
    Thanks

I am having a similar issue. Postie has been working great for me for a while now. Recently decided to add the ability to email a Category in the Subject line to have it post using that feature. It won’t Save the Message setting to Yes for Use Square Bracket to Match Category. It saved the Yes for Remove Matched Categories though.

I am on WordPress 4.8.1 and Postie 1.9.4

@gnume It is hard to tell what is going on with your system. I’ve tested a couple different systems and everything saves correctly.
