    Hi,

    My settings do not save…
    Under Basic, I will select Display Once
    Then I mahe changes under Advanced and saved it again.
    The when I view the basic settings, not one of the 4 options are ticket…

    If I select: Always Show, will it still track?

    When in debug mode, it work son dektop, and also show the #ath in the url.

    The presets automatically set the advanced options for you. If you later change the advanced options, the preset you selected does not match the advanced options anymore, so the tick does not show up. If you look at the advanced options, they should be all saved.

    So, actually all the options should be correctly set.

    Yes “Always show” tracks the users.

    For some reason it doesn’t work.

    I tried on my own website and also on a clients website, but no luck.
    I always used this plugin:
    But tracking usage is very important for me, and thus I stumbled upon your’s!

    If at all you are willing, I can give you admin access to my site to see why it doesn’t work.
