Can we get some help please? I have not been able to go to the settings of this darn plugin. I click settings (site-name/wp-admin/admin.php?page=inc_optins) and get Error 500!! Other plugins and processes seem to be humming along very beautifully except this one!!
Sorry to hear you are encountering an error on your server. Error 500 is an internal server error.
To troubleshoot, please run a conflict test by deactivating your other plugins and using a default theme. If Hustle is working without any other plugins and on a default theme it means Hustle and your theme or another plugin are not playing nice together causing an error. Reactivate your theme and plugins one at a time until you find the conflict.
If you are using a theme framework, another email opt-in plugin, social share plugin or cache plugin I would test those first. Let us know how it goes.
I performed the recommended steps. Looks like its the W3 Total Cache. but WHen W3 is disabled I get a black screen from hustle settings but not error message. So I am still stuck!!
There seems to be an issue with your site setup and not your plugins. Please contact your host to see what errors they can find and how to resolve these issues.
