# Settings Link Returns Internal Server Error

 * I’ve installed the plugin and it seems to work fine except that when I click 
   on the settings tab in the dashboard I get the following error and can’t manage
   any settings for the plugin:
 * Internal Server Error
 * The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to
   complete your request.
 * Please contact the server administrator, [support@one.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/settings-link-returns-internal-server-error/support@one.com?output_format=md)
   and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done
   that may have caused the error.
 * More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

 * As a follow up, I have already tried disabling all of my plugins and switching
   themes. Even with 2015 theme and all plugins disabled I still cannot view settings.
   I’ve also tried deactivating, completely deleting and reinstalling the plugin
   and it still does not work.

    Memory limit : 536870912 MB Memory usage : 58.75
   MB

 * I had to downgrade my PHP Version to get this to work, I’m now not using the 
   current PHP Version. Is there a way around this?

 * I am using 5.6. I had to downgrade from 7 to get the plugin settings tab to work.
